What is it like to work with you?
My goal is to make this feel easy from the very beginning. I guide you through everything from planning your session to what to wear to how the session will flow. During our time together, nothing is rushed or overly posed. I create a relaxed space where you can be present, connect with your people, and trust that I am capturing it all naturally.

We feel awkward in front of the camera. Is that okay?
Completely normal. Almost everyone says this at first. I guide you through natural movement and simple prompts so nothing feels forced or uncomfortable. Within a few minutes, it starts to feel easy and even fun.

Do you help with planning?
Yes, and this is a big part of what I do. From location selection to styling to timing, I help you plan a session that feels cohesive and true to you. You are never expected to figure it out on your own.
I recommend choosing outfits that feel comfortable, reflect your style, and work well together without being too coordinated. Neutral tones, soft textures, and timeless pieces photograph beautifully. I provide guidance so you feel confident going into your session.

Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can take place in my studio, in your home, or at an outdoor location anywhere in Connecticut. I will help you choose a setting that fits your vision and the overall feel you want.

How long are sessions?
Most sessions range from about 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the type of session. I always allow enough time so things feel relaxed and never rushed.

When will I receive my photos?
Turnaround time varies slightly by session, but most galleries are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. Weddings and larger sessions may take longer, and I always communicate timelines clearly.

How will I receive my photos?
Your images are delivered through a private online gallery where you can download high resolution files, share with family, and order prints if you choose.

Do you retouch the images?
Yes, I provide light, natural retouching to remove temporary blemishes while keeping everything true to you. My goal is for you to look like your best, most authentic self.

Can we include family members, partners, or pets?
Absolutely. I always encourage including the people (and pets) that matter most to you. We will build that into your session naturally.

What if the weather is bad?
If we are planning an outdoor session and the weather does not cooperate, we will reschedule. I always keep a close eye on conditions to make sure you get the best possible experience.
Once you are ready, I will send over a booking link where you can select your date and submit your deposit. A 50 percent deposit is required to reserve your session, with the remaining balance due before your session.
Yes. I photograph sessions throughout Connecticut and am available for travel for weddings and select sessions beyond.

Can I print my photos?
Yes. You will have full access to download your images and print them wherever you would like. I also offer guidance if you want help creating albums or prints.
