Where does my headshot session take place?
For corporate teams, I come directly to your Bristol office and set up a professional lighting and backdrop station. Individual clients can also book a session at Studio 100, my private studio at 100 Broadway in North Haven. I'll help you choose the option that works best for your schedule and needs.
Do you travel to Bristol for corporate headshots?
Yes. I regularly travel to offices throughout central Connecticut, including Bristol. Any travel fee will be listed clearly in your quote, so there are no surprises. All I need is a small open space, like a conference room, to set up.
How do team headshot days work?
I set up in your office and photograph each team member one at a time, usually in short scheduled slots. This keeps the day organized and lets everyone get back to work quickly. Every image uses the same lighting and backdrop, so your whole team looks consistent.
How long does a headshot session take?
Individual sessions take about 15 to 20 minutes. For team headshot days, each person usually needs just a few minutes in front of the camera. If you'd like extra outfits or backdrop options, we can extend the session.
What should I wear for my headshots?
Choose something that fits your industry and makes you feel confident. Solid colors photograph best, while busy patterns can distract from your face. I'll send wardrobe guidance before your session so you and your team feel fully prepared.
How quickly will I get my photos?
Your fully retouched gallery arrives within 1 to 2 weeks. I use light, natural retouching, so you look polished but still like yourself. Images come in high resolution with a commercial use license, ready for LinkedIn, your website and marketing.
What if I feel awkward on camera?
You're not alone, and that's exactly where I come in. I'll guide you through simple posing and natural prompts, so you feel comfortable and look confident. Most clients say it's much easier than they expected.
