Both. Whether you are graduating from high school, college, or completing graduate school, this is a milestone that deserves to be documented and celebrated.
When is the best time of day for grad photos?
Golden hour is always my first choice. I typically schedule sessions 1 to 2 hours before sunset for the most flattering, soft, and natural light. Early morning is an option too!
Can we pop champagne?
Yes, and it is always such a fun moment to capture.
Should I bring my cap and gown?
Yes, definitely bring your cap, gown, and any stoles or cords you have earned. We will capture a mix of images both with and without them so your gallery feels complete and personal.
Can I bring friends for a group shoot?
Yes. Group sessions are such a fun way to celebrate together. Just let me know how many people will be joining so I can plan accordingly and provide group pricing options.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can take place on your campus or at a nearby location that fits your style. I am very familiar with many Connecticut campuses and can help you choose the best spots for variety and lighting.
What if the weather does not cooperate?
If the weather is not ideal, we will reschedule. I always keep a close eye on conditions to make sure you get the best possible experience and light.
