Where do I park?
Parking is available on the side of the building closest to Broadway. There are no designated spots, so please park in any available space near the studio entrance.
What types of shoots can I book the studio for?
Our studio is perfect for portrait photography, branding sessions, product shoots, family sessions, milestone celebrations, and creative content creation, including social media and video projects.
How do I book a studio rental?
Booking is simple! Visit our Booking Page to check availability, select your preferred rental time, and secure your spot with a deposit.
What is included in my rental?
Your rental includes access to our fully furnished and thoughtfully curated space, featuring a variety of seating options, stylish rugs, elegant tables, mirrors, lush plants, and an assortment of versatile props. The studio's windows provide beautiful natural light, creating the perfect setting for any project. Also included are a steamer, complimentary coffee, water and snacks, and a Bluetooth speaker.
Can I bring my own props and equipment?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own props, equipment, and décor to personalize your shoot. Please ensure they do not damage the space.
Do you provide lighting equipment?
No, however we do encourage you to bring your own lighting if you would like.
Can I visit the studio before booking?
Yes, we encourage potential clients to schedule a tour of the studio. Contact us to arrange a visit.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive full credit towards a future booking, valid for up to 12 months from the original reservation date. Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours will result in a 50% forfeiture of your booking fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking, or no-shows, will result in a full forfeiture of payment. Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before their session without penalty.
Can I bring food and drinks to the studio?
Light snacks and beverages are allowed. However, please be mindful of keeping the space clean, and avoid items that may stain or damage the studio setup.
Are pets allowed in the studio?
We love furry friends! Pets are allowed for pet-friendly sessions but must be approved in advance and kept under control.
Do you offer discounts for recurring bookings?
Yes! We offer discounts for recurring bookings or long-term rentals. Reach out to discuss package options.
