Photography, for me, is how I practice gratitude. It is how I slow down and pay attention to the things that matter most — the warmth in a glance, the laughter that comes out of nowhere, the way a family looks when they are completely themselves.

I have been doing this for over 10 years across Connecticut, and what started as a deep love for real human moments grew into a full practice that now serves clients from Greenwich and Fairfield County in the southwest, to Hartford County in the center, all the way along the Connecticut shoreline to Madison, Branford, and beyond.

My studio —The Studio at 100 — is located at 100 Broadway in North Haven, CT. It is a bright, naturally lit space where I do newborn sessions, branding shoots, headshots, and milestone celebrations. But most of my work happens where Connecticut is most beautiful — outdoors, in the golden light that falls differently on every season.

I am a wife, a mom to two girls, and the owner of three dogs. My house is loud, chaotic, and full of love — and that is exactly what I try to create in every session I photograph.

A session with me looks like this: we talk ahead of time, I help with location and wardrobe, I arrive a few minutes early to check the light — and then we just spend time together. I guide lightly — a suggestion here, a repositioning there — but mostly I am watching for the real moments and capturing them when they happen.
